Why am I unable to save engine/vehicle data with PowerSpec CE?
The passwords may not have been entered correctly or the trip distance may be less than a mile. Make sure that the passwords are entered correctly and the trip distance is greater than one mile before saving data.
Why does my PowerSpec CE software respond so slowly when I am reviewing data?
You may have too many records stored. Delete any unwanted records and/or perform an ActiveSync® operation to remove the records from your QC5100's memory.

Why is my QuickCheck CE software
unable to save engine data?
You may not have entered an equipment
ID for your vehicle or the engine dataplate information is incomplete.
Make sure that the QuickCheck CE application is showing engine make, model,
and serial number on the Equipment screen and you have entered an equipment
ID before saving data.
Why does my QuickCheck
CE software show some parameters as "Unavailable"?
This means that the ECM QuickCheck
CE is connected to is not broadcasting the public messages for this data.
Why does my QuickCheck
CE software respond so slowly when I am in Review mode?
You may have too many records stored.

Why is QuickCheck CE data from deleted
equipment showing up in data for other equipment?
This can happen if equipment
is deleted before performing an ActiveSync. Always perform an ActiveSync® operation before
deleting equipment.
Why can't I see the complete
engine or vehicle ID information on the QuickCheck CE Equipment screen?
Some ID codes are longer than will
fit on the Equipment screen list. Tap the row of the long ID information
you want to read and a zoom box with the complete information will
appear.
