QuickReport Windows:

QuickReport Graphical User Interface Window

  • Displays start and stop dates for the desired time period of the vehicle usage report
  • Provides vehicle list to select from for the report, including options to select or deselect all vehicles
  • Shows trip parameter selections to include in report, with a maximum limit of seven selections
  • Can display a quick history of items selected in desired units

 

QuickHistory Window

  • Displays the extraction information on the vehicle, time period, and data for parameter list selected in the QuickReport Graphical User Interface window
  • Allows sorting of the data by clicking the column title of the column you want to base the sorting on, with subsequent clicks changing the sort format from descending to ascending order

Extraction Detail Report Print Preview Window

  • Shows the actual print format of the report for a particular vehicle after right-clicking on a row in the QuickHistory window
  • If the report looks OK, you can print the report or close without printing

History Report Print Preview Window

  • Shows the actual print format of the report after clicking the Print Preview button in the QuickHistory window
  • If the report looks OK, you can print the report or close without printing
